No Pain, No Gain?
The only thing that the Cardinals pitching staff has gained this Spring Training is attention from the training staff, including Chris Conroy, head trainer for the Redbirds.

Along with Boggs, projected opening day starter Chris Carpenter suffered a left hamstring injury yesterday (3/1) and is currently listed as day to day, but will likely miss his next start even though he said his hamstring is feeling better. Boggs’ status is still unknown but it doesn’t look to serious.
Conroy enters his seventh season with the Redbirds and his 12th season in the Cardinals organization. Let’s all hope that yesterday will be his last visit to the mound!
